Emily Leuty is a 16-year old junior at Park High School. Among her classes, Pottery is  her favorite class, because she loves hands-on creativity and how she can easily shape clay. Over the past three years, Emily has definitely enjoyed her high school experience building many great friendships along the way.

While she’s made the most of her time in high school already, Emily is passionately waiting to graduate so she can help support her family. Emilys comes from a very close family and has  two younger siblings, one who just started as a Freshman in high school while the other one is in kindergarten. Outside of school Emily has high excitement for shopping and spending time with her friends. One of Emily’s main sources of excitement right now is her upcoming trip to Japan this summer. She told me what she can’t wait for is to try delicious traditional Japanese Sushi.
