Sauner Wood, a junior at Park High school, enjoys art and has taken a variety of these classes offered by the school. Some of her favorites are drawing and painting. Along with being organized at school, Sauner has worked the past four years at the Northern Pacific Beanery, starting as a host and then becoming a server. She also enjoyed competitive cheer when she was younger and participated in varsity cheer for Park High as a freshman. After high school Sauner plans on becoming a cosmologist and later going to college for business, in hopes of starting her own business in the future. She is currently in a work-based learning internship provided by the school and is excited to learn more about what she plans to do in her future, along with being able to learn the field of journalism through talking to the public and getting to know the world around her.
Caleb McKnight is a junior at Park High School. McKnight chose to be in journalism, because he thought it would be important to learn about. He said he is looking forward to doing more interviews. While he does not have experience in digital media or photography, he is optimistic about learning. He believes that yearbooks are very important because they hold memories. He enjoys watching movies and TV shows on Netflix and scrolling Instagram reels. He says it keeps him entertained. He has had several jobs as a lifeguard and a referee for youth flag football. He claimed he saved the lives of four people working as a lifeguard. McKnight loves dogs and has three of his own. He likes music and his favorite genre is Reggae, and he loves Bob Marley.
