“I’d say, like a 6. Because high school’s full of drama, and that can definitely put a damper on the overall positivity of the school. Even the teachers aren’t very positive sometimes, which definitely factors in,” says Bailey Opitz when asked to rate her high school experience from 1 to 10. Bailey also has mixed feelings about the next phase of her life. “I feel like, fifty/fifty about it. Because I’m sitting in my kitchen talking to my dad about, “how am I gonna pay for college?” Nobody ever talks about how you’re supposed to pay for it. But at the same time, I think I’m mentally ready, because I want to spread my wings and grow and do different things. But when it comes to real-life adulting things, I’m pretty sure I’m not ready for that.”
